You will maintain records, respond to service calls, and support building operations as needed. The position requires a high school diploma or GED with 1–2 years related experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1–2 years related work experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and minimum auto insurance coverage may be required.
• Experience with copier maintenance/repair and shipping/receiving is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate high volume copy machines and perform binding/finishing work.
• Check copier quality daily and report issues to technicians.
• Repair service on customer copier equipment and maintain service logs.
• Distribute supplies, handle mail/faxes, and manage basic billing logs.
• Respond to service calls and coordinate with customers on status.
