Job summary

Ricoh Americas Corporation is seeking an experienced Senior On-Site Service Specialist to support high-volume copier operations and related services at customer sites. The role includes setup, maintenance, and basic repair of equipment, with opportunities for receptionist duties and light building support.

The position requires strong customer service, basic computer skills, and the ability to travel between sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and professional communication.
• Competency in basic computer skills including MS Office Suite.
• High school diploma or GED with related work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate high volume copy production and binding tasks.
• Troubleshoot basic copier issues and escalate as needed.
• Set up equipment per customer instructions and manage paper stocks.
• Scan and image documents and handle mail/distribution tasks.
• Maintain records and logs for management reports and inventories.
• Respond promptly to service calls and coordinate with customers.
