Job summary

Ricoh is seeking a Senior On-Site Service Specialist in Chattanooga to operate high-volume copy and bindery equipment, perform routine maintenance, and support customer site operations. You will manage scanning tasks, assist with reception duties as needed, and maintain logs for service activity.

The role requires strong customer relations, basic technical skills, and the ability to travel between customer locations.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED and 1-2 years of related work experience.
• Some related copy job experience is preferred.
• May require valid driver's license and minimum auto insurance coverage per Ricoh.
• Demonstrate competency in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Runs high volume copy machines and performs binding/finishing work.
• Checks copier quality via daily inspections and clears paper jams.
• Performs basic equipment troubleshooting and escalates to technicians.
• Sets up equipment per customer instructions (toner, paper stock, etc).
• Performs scanning/imaging of documents.
• Maintains records for management reports and inventories.
• Responds to and coordinates service calls.
• Delivers completed jobs to customer locations as required.
• May travel between customer buildings.
