Job summary

MIRACORP seeks an experienced Project Manager IV to lead complex design and construction projects for government facilities. The role oversees planning, design, construction, commissioning, and occupancy, coordinating with A/E firms, contractors, and customer agencies.

You will manage scope, budget, and schedule, ensuring compliance with life safety, sustainability, and quality standards while directing on-site field activities and ensuring successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field; and/or ten years of experience managing design and construction projects.
• Master’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of building design, construction methods, and commercial building systems.
• Proficiency in project management principles, scheduling, cost estimating, and reading construction documents.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple large-scale construction and renovation projects from planning to occupancy.
• Prepare PM plans, establish milestones, track progress, and ensure codes and QA requirements.
• Serve as on-site project manager, inspecting, resolving issues, and ensuring budget compliance.
• Review design documents, submittals, invoices; coordinate with A/E firms, contractors, and customer agencies.
• Provide technical expertise on building systems, environmental regulations, and best practices.
• Facilitate meetings and maintain stakeholder communication across teams.
