Job summary

MIRACORP is seeking a Project Manager IV to lead large-scale design and construction projects for government facilities. The role oversees all phases from planning through occupancy, ensuring scope, budget, and schedule are met with technical expertise in building systems and life safety.

The incumbent serves as on-site project manager, resolves field issues, and coordinates with internal teams, A/E firms, contractors, and customer agencies to deliver successful projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field; and/or ten years of experience managing design and construction projects.
• Master's degree in a related field preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of building design, construction methods, and commercial building systems.
• Proficiency in project management principles, scheduling, cost estimating, and reading construction documents.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple high-value projects.

• Lead complex, high-value design and construction projects for government facilities.
• Oversee planning, design, construction, commissioning, and occupancy.
• Manage scope, budget, schedule, and quality assurance.
