MIRACORP is seeking an experienced Project Manager IV to lead complex government facilities projects from planning through occupancy. You will oversee scope, budget, and schedule while coordinating with A/E firms, contractors, and customer agencies.

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s in a related field and ten years of construction project management experience, with advanced knowledge of building systems, life safety, and QA processes. On-site leadership and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field required or equivalent experience.
• Ten years of experience managing design and construction projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, codes, life safety, and QA.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, high-value design and construction projects for government facilities from planning through occupancy.
• Manage scope, budget, schedule, and quality with internal teams, A/E firms, and customer agencies.
• Provide technical expertise on building systems and standards; resolve field issues on-site.
