MIRACORP is seeking a Project Manager IV to lead complex design and construction projects for government facilities in Guam. You will oversee planning, design, procurement, and on-site construction, ensuring compliance with codes, schedule, and budget.

You will coordinate with A/E firms, contractors, and customer agencies, provide expert guidance on building systems and life safety, and mentor multidisciplinary teams while maintaining thorough project documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CM/Engineering/Architecture or equivalent with 10+ years of PM experience.
• Proven ability to manage design-build projects and government facilities.
• Strong knowledge of codes, life safety, and quality assurance.

Responsabilités

• Lead large-scale design and construction projects from planning through occupancy.
• Manage scope, budget, schedule, and procurement with stakeholders.
• Review design docs, submittals, and invoices; coordinate with A/E firms and contractors.
• Provide technical expertise on building systems and safety compliance.
• Facilitate meetings and maintain thorough project documentation.
