Job summary

MIRACORP is seeking a Project Manager IV to lead complex government construction projects from planning through completion. You will manage on-site activities, coordinate with A/E firms and contractors, and ensure quality, safety, and compliance across electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems.

The role requires hands-on technical expertise, strong codes knowledge, and the ability to drive projects to successful completion on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical preferred), Architecture, or related field; or 10 years’ experience managing commercial design and construction projects.
• Master’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Experience managing projects with electrical, mechanical, and/or HVAC systems in commercial buildings.
• Strong knowledge of commercial building design, construction methods, and building systems (electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing).
• Proficiency in project management, scheduling, cost estimating, and interpreting construction documents.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale commercial construction and renovation projects with electrical, mechanical, and HVAC scopes.
• Develop PM plans, milestones, and ensure compliance with codes, life safety, sustainability, and QA standards for MEP systems.
• Oversee on-site project management or inspection, resolve field issues, and ensure contract requirements and budget are met.
• Review design documents, submittals, progress evaluations, and invoices; coordinate with A/E firms and contractors.
• Provide technical expertise on electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems and related regulations.
• Lead meetings, maintain stakeholder communications, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
