Job summary

MIRACORP is seeking a Project Manager IV to lead complex government facilities projects from planning to occupancy. You will manage scope, budget, and schedule while providing technical direction on building systems and safety standards.

The role requires on-site project management with strong coordination among A/E firms, contractors, and customer agencies. Expect travel to multiple project sites and leadership of multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in CM, engineering, architecture, or related field.
• 10+ years managing design and construction projects for complex facilities.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, life safety, sustainability requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale government design/construction projects from planning through occupancy.
• Develop and manage PM plans, milestones, budgets, and schedules.
• Coordinate with A/E firms, contractors, and customer agencies for seamless delivery.
