MIRACORP is seeking an experienced Project Manager IV to lead complex government-facility design and construction projects. You will oversee planning through occupancy, ensuring scope, budget, and schedule compliance while coordinating with internal teams, A/E firms, contractors, and customer agencies.

Ideal candidates bring a CM/engineering/architecture background and at least ten years of project leadership; a Master’s degree is preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree in CM/Engineering/Architecture or related field.
• Ten years of experience managing design and construction projects.
• Master’s degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead large-scale design and construction projects for government facilities.
• Oversee planning, design, construction, commissioning and occupancy.
• Manage scope, budget, schedule, and quality assurance.
• Coordinate with A/E firms, contractors, and customer agencies.
• Review design documents, submittals, progress, and invoices.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure on-time delivery.
