Job summary

MIRACORP is seeking a Project Manager IV to lead complex construction projects for government facilities. The role oversees planning, design, construction, commissioning, and occupancy, coordinating with A/E teams, contractors, and customer agencies to meet scope, schedule, and budget.

Strong technical expertise and leadership across building systems are essential. The position requires on-site management, travel to project sites, and collaboration with acquisition, financial, and program staff

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or ten years of experience in managing design and construction projects.
• Master’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of building design, construction methods, and commercial building systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple large-scale construction/renovation projects from planning through occupancy.
• Develop scope, manage budgets, schedules, procurement, and contractor oversight.
• Review design documents, submittals, and invoices; coordinate with A/E firms and agencies.
• Provide on-site oversight, resolve field issues, and ensure contract compliance.
