Job summary

MIRACORP is seeking a Project Manager IV to lead multi‑million design and construction projects for government facilities. You will oversee all phases from planning to occupancy, ensuring scope, budget, and schedule are met with high-quality execution.

The role requires strong coordination with internal teams, A/E firms, and customer agencies, plus deep knowledge of building systems, codes, and life safety. Travel to project sites is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field; and/or 10 years of experience managing design and construction projects.
• Master’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of building design, construction methods, and commercial building systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, high-value design and construction projects for government facilities from planning through occupancy.
• Manage scope, cost, schedule, and customer expectations; provide technical expertise on building systems and life safety.
• Coordinate with A/E firms, contractors, and customer agencies; review design docs and submittals.
