Job summary

MIRACORP is seeking a Project Manager IV to lead complex government-facility design and construction projects from planning through occupancy. You will manage scope, budget, and schedule while applying expertise in building systems, codes, and life safety.

This on-site role requires coordinating with A/E firms, contractors, and customer agencies to deliver projects on time and within budget. Responsibilities include preparing PM plans, tracking milestones, and resolving field issues while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Ten years of experience managing design and construction projects.
• Master’s degree in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple large-scale construction/renovation projects from planning through occupancy.
• Prepare PM plans, milestones, progress tracking and ensure code/life-safety/compliance.
• Serve as on-site PM or inspector, resolve field issues, ensure contract requirements and budget.
• Review design docs, submittals, evaluations, and invoices with A/E firms and contractors.
• Provide technical expertise on building systems, environmental regulations, and construction best practices.
• Facilitate project meetings and maintain stakeholder communications.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure on-scope, on-time, on-budget delivery.
