Asset Living is seeking an Affordable Housing Senior Community Manager to oversee operations of an on-site housing community, supervising staff, leasing, maintenance, and financial activities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or four years’ experience in the housing industry.
• One to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all on-site operations for the housing community.
• Supervise staff, scheduling, coaching, and development.
• Develop budgets and financial forecasts; monitor deposits, rents, and expenses.
• Ensure compliance with Asset Living policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines.
• Lead emergency response and ensure timely reporting and maintenance.
