Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee the entire operations of a housing community on-site. You will manage personnel, leasing, maintenance, and financial administration under the Regional Manager’s guidance.

Your role includes developing annual budgets, marketing plans, and ensuring compliance with safety and fair housing guidelines while delivering excellent resident service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of affordable housing program experience.
• On-site leadership and staff management experience.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site operations of a housing community.
• Supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, and financial administration.
• Develop yearly operating budgets and marketing plans to optimize NOI.
• Ensure compliance with Asset Living policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines.
• Emergency response leadership and on-call coverage for the property.
