Asset Living seeks a Community Manager to oversee the on-site operations of a housing community under the supervision of the Regional Manager. You will manage all aspects of the property including staff, leasing, maintenance, financials, administration and risk management.

As a leading affordable housing manager, you will lead budgeting, marketing planning, and resident relations while ensuring compliance with policy, safety and fair housing guidelines. On-site leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or four years housing industry experience.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all on-site operations of a housing community under Regional Manager.
• Supervise staff across leasing, maintenance, financials, administration & risk management.
• Ensure compliance with Asset Living policies, safety standards and fair housing guidelines.
• Develop yearly operating budgets/forecasts and marketing plans.
• Lead emergency response for the property and monitor vendor relationships.
