Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all operations at a housing community under the supervision of the Regional Manager. You will manage staff, leasing, maintenance, and finances to ensure compliant, efficient operations.

As an on-site leader, you will implement annual budgets, marketing plans, and resident retention programs while ensuring compliance with safety and fair housing guidelines. Strong experience in affordable housing and CAM/ARM certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred or 4 years housing industry experience.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.
• Knowledge of affordable housing programs (LIHTC, HUD etc.) preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations of the housing community under Regional Manager.
• Supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, finances, and admin tasks.
• Ensure compliance with Asset Living policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines.
• Develop and implement annual operating budgets and marketing plans.
• Monitor rent collections, deposits, and vendor invoices; ensure timely reporting.
• Head emergency response for the property and coordinate with on-site staff.
