Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee operations of a housing community on-site. You will supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, and financial administration while ensuring compliance with safety and fair housing guidelines.

Responsibilities include staffing, budgeting, marketing, and resident relations to maximize occupancy and NOI. The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to respond to emergencies promptly.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or four years of experience in housing industry, or equivalent.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site operations of the housing community.
• Manage leasing, staff scheduling, and maintenance coordination.
• Ensure compliance with policy, safety, and fair housing guidelines.
• Develop annual budgets and marketing plans to optimize NOI.
• Address resident concerns and maintain high resident satisfaction.
• Lead emergency response and reporting for the property.
