Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or four years of housing industry experience.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site staff and coordinate personnel.
• Oversee leasing activities and resident relations.
• Develop and manage yearly operating budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor maintenance, admin tasks, and safety compliance.
• Lead emergency response and ensure on-site safety standards.
