Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 4+ years retail sales experience in beer/alcohol preferred.
• Strong understanding of on-premise retail environment.
• Proficient with MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead local market execution of on-premise strategies within assigned geography.
• Collaborate with distributor partners to develop and deliver local business plans.
• Drive distribution and brand availability across on-premise accounts.
• Support local market programs and promotions to meet ABP targets.
• Build relationships with owners and managers of strategic accounts.
