Job summary

Enthuse is seeking an On/Off Premise Beer Sales Representative for the Atlanta, GA territory. You’ll work with distributor partners to grow distribution, brand presence, and sales across on-premise and off-premise accounts, while ensuring inventory and planogram compliance.

Requires 1–3 years of beer/wines/spirits sales experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift cases. The role offers base pay with bonus potential and full benefits; bilingual capabilities are a plus and

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 21 years or older.
• 1-3 years sales experience in beers, wines, and spirits.
• Retail or off-premise experience a plus.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Must reside in the territory with reliable transportation.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift/move cases frequently.
• Willing to work weekends/holidays.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pursue distribution opportunities and upsell within the territory.
• Collaborate with distributor partners on goals and inventory.
• Provide brand training on ingredients, brewing process, and trends.
• Maintain store standards, rotation, and restocks per planogram.
• Sell-in and build brand displays according to off-premise standards.
• Execute POS programs to standard and support promotions.
• Deliver educational presentations at accounts, solo or with team.
• Track territory progress using databases and systems.
• Communicate with field HQ and manage monthly budget records.
• Ensure compliance with alcoholic beverage regulations.
