Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 4+ years Retail Sales Experience in the Beverage Alcohol Industry (malt beverage preferred). Complete understanding of the on-premise retail environment.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Working knowledge of the promotional marketing process.
• Computer literacy with the ability to use software applications including Word, Excel at advanced level, and PowerPoint, and e-mail programs such as Outlook.
• Ability to travel a minimum of 20-30% of working time, including ability to drive up to 5 hrs.
• Must be a self-starter with the ability to successfully work and achieve goals with minimal direction.
• Requires excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Execute local market on-premise strategies and initiatives across assigned areas of responsibility.
• Develop and execute localized on-premise business plans with distributor partners and accounts.
• Increase distribution and availability of our beer portfolio in the market across on-premise channels.
• Build relationships with owners, operators, and managers of key accounts.
• Support development of localized plans with On-Premise Market Execution teams and distributor partners.
• Report market activity and insights to the On-Premise Market Execution Senior Manager on a regular basis.
