Job summary

Monday Night Ventures seeks a proactive sales professional to grow on-premise market presence in Atlanta and surrounding areas. You will build brand awareness, educate retailers, and manage visits, trainings, and promotions with a focus on quality and relationships.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in sales, strong interpersonal skills, and a flexible weekend/evening schedule to cover our West and Northwest Atlanta markets. This is a full-time on-site role with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years sales or market experience required.
• Strong interpersonal and hospitality mindset.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Driver’s license and clean record required.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales by building awareness of the brand and products.
• Educate retailers and on-premise accounts about the portfolio.
• Visit retailers weekly and conduct staff trainings.
• Maintain CRM with visits and follow-ups.
• Plan and execute promotions and market engagements.
• Monitor inventory and manage quarterly audits with wholesalers.
• Collaborate with marketing and production teams to ensure brand standards.
