Job summary

Colliers International is seeking an experienced on-site role focused on Workplace Office Space Fit-Out and amenity areas. You will lead planning, design, and execution at client sites, coordinating IT, AV, and collaboration with architects and contractors.

You will manage RFIs, budgets, and schedules while ensuring adherence to workplace standards and client requirements across multi-location projects.

Qualifications

• At least 12 years in project management, architecture, construction management, or engineering.
• Tenant Improvement project management experience is critical.
• Fit-out, AV installations and FFE experience is required.
• Familiarity with MEP, FFE, AV, IT and security aspects during design and construction.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret schedules and data.
• Experience with client software applications and MS Project or similar scheduling tools.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, Word and SharePoint; IWMS experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as on-site SME for Workplace Office Space Fit-Out projects and coordinate with owner/client.
• Lead planning, programming, and design documentation for fit-out installations.
• Coordinate IT, Security and A/V planning and integration into architectural docs.
• Manage RFIs, approvals, and changes with written records and approvals.
• Oversee budget, milestones, schedule, and change control processes.
• Facilitate meetings, maintain directories, and track action items to close them.
• Interface with architects, interior designers, procurement, and general contractors.
• Support cost control and value engineering discussions with construction team.
• Collaborate with the project team and owner’s consultants throughout project life cycle.
