Job summary

Colliers International seeks an experienced on-site leader for Workplace Office Space Fit-Out projects, covering architectural components and workplace standards. You will act as SME at a client site in New Jersey, coordinating planning, programming, and execution with IT, Security, and A/V teams.

Responsibilities include managing RFIs, coordinating with design/construction teams, and driving risk, schedule, and cost control across the master plan.

Qualifications

• Background in Project Management, Architecture, Construction Management, or Engineering with substantial experience.
• Tenant Improvement project management experience is critical.
• Seasoned SME in Office Space Fit-Out installations and related finishes.

Responsibilities

• Own/Client interface & project design team relationship management.
• Lead on-site Office Space Fit-Out activities and ensure architectural components meet standards.
• Oversee planning, programming, IT/Security/AV integration, and RFI management.
• Coordinate design, construction docs, punch lists, and project close-out.
• Lead meetings, track milestones, and manage budget and schedule changes.
