Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create, edit, print, store and retrieve documents using word processing software.
• Prepare, review and process forms, records and reports for accuracy and conformance to requirements.
• Check records for completeness and accuracy; ensure conformance with established policies.
• Summarize information from paper and electronic files; prepare periodic and special reports.
• Draft routine correspondence and acknowledgements.
• Maintain filing systems and revise as necessary.
• Provide general information and resolve complaints, explaining rules and procedures.
