Silvus Technologies, a Motorola Solutions subsidiary, seeks an experienced Senior Sales Director for OEM & Defense Primes. You will lead a high-performing team driving B2B design-win revenue across defense primes, UAS/UGV/USV platforms, and system integrators.

This role focuses on embedding Silvus MANET radios and spectrum payloads as the baseline in partner platforms. Expect up to 50% travel for demos, briefings, and trade shows; remote work may be possible depending on location.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or higher with technical discipline and 10+ years in sales leadership in unmanned systems or defense/public safety tech.
• Leadership track record of building and scaling multi-million-dollar sales teams.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes and Federal/State markets.
• Active U.S. Government SECRET clearance or ability to obtain within 15 months.
• U.S. citizen due to clients under government contracts.

Aufgaben

• Own and deliver annual order and revenue targets and long-term production forecasts for OEM/Defense Primes in North America.
• Lead and develop the sales team; conduct regular 1-on-1s to refine selling skills.
• Drive pipeline velocity with rigorous CRM tracking and accurate forecasting.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, marketing, and business development to grow the business.
• Source, interview, and hire top-tier sales talent to maintain a high-performing team.
• Manage customer escalations and negotiate major deals.
• Translate company goals into actionable daily tasks for sales reps.
