Silvus Technologies, a Motorola Solutions subsidiary, seeks a Senior Sales Director for OEM & Defense Primes to lead a high‑performing sales team and drive B2B design‑win revenue across defense primes, UAS, UGV, USV, and related partners.

You will own orders and revenue targets, coordinate with engineering, product, and marketing to embed our MANET radios into partner platforms, and travel up to 50% for field demos, executive briefings, and major trade shows.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Communications, or a related technical discipline with 10+ years of sales leadership in unmanned systems, defense/public safety tech, or equivalent.
• 5+ years in senior sales management with multi-million-dollar quotas.
• Security clearance: active SECRET or ability to obtain within 15 months.

Mansioni

• Own and deliver annual order and revenue targets for OEM/Defense Primes in North America.
• Lead and develop the sales team; monitor performance and conduct regular 1-on-1 coaching.
• Drive pipeline velocity, CRM accuracy, and forecasting for all deals in the vertical.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, marketing, and business development to grow the business.
• Travel up to 50% for customer site visits, field demos, and major trade shows.
