Job summary

Silvus Technologies, a Motorola Solutions subsidiary, is seeking a Senior Sales Director for OEM & Defense Primes to lead a high-performance team in North America and drive design-win revenue across defense primes and UAS/UAV/USV markets.

You will oversee the full B2B sales lifecycle, from technical evaluation to master agreements, with travel up to 50% and remote-work flexibility depending on location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years leading unmanned/safety tech sales or equivalent.
• Deep understanding of Federal/State procurement and budgets.
• 5+ years in senior sales management with multi-million quotas.
• Active U.S. Government SECRET clearance or ability to obtain within 15 months.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver annual order and revenue targets and long-term forecasts for the OEM and Defense Primes vertical in North America.
• Lead and develop theSales team; conduct regular 1-on-1s to refine selling skills.
• Drive pipeline velocity with CRM tracking and accurate forecasting for all deals.
• Collaborate with Silvus engineering, product, marketing and BD teams to grow the business.
• Source, interview, and hire to maintain a high-performing team.
• Travel up to 50% for site visits, field demos, executive briefings, and trade shows.
