Job summary

Silvus Technologies, a subsidiary of Motorola Solutions, seeks an experienced Senior Sales Director for OEM & Defense Primes to lead a high-performing team driving B2B revenue across defense primes, UAS/UGV/USV manufacturers, and system integrators. Role focuses on embedding MANET radios as baseline in partners' platforms, with travel up to 50% for field demos and negotiations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field with 10+ years of sales leadership in unmanned systems or defense tech.
• Deep understanding of procurement processes and budgets in Federal/State & Local markets.
• 5+ years in senior sales management or director roles with multi-million-dollar quotas.
• Security clearance: Active SECRET or ability to obtain within 15 months.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver annual order and revenue targets for OEM/Defense Primes in North America.
• Lead and develop a high-performing sales team and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Drive pipeline velocity with accurate CRM forecasting for all deals.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, marketing, and business development to grow the business.
• Travel up to 50% for customer site visits, field demos, and major trade shows.
