Job summary

Silvus Technologies, a subsidiary of Motorola Solutions, seeks a Senior Sales Director for OEM/Defense Primes to lead a high-performing team across North America. You will drive design-wins, manage the full B2B sales lifecycle, and travel up to 50% for field activities and trials.

The role requires deep domain expertise in unmanned systems, C4ISR, and defense/public safety tech, plus a U.S. citizen with ability to obtain a clearance. Remote work is possible depending on location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Communications, or related field with 10+ years in sales leadership.
• Operational knowledge of Federal and State/Local procurement cycles.
• 5+ years leading multi-million-dollar sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver annual order and revenue targets for OEM and Defense Primes.
• Lead sales team development and conduct regular 1-on-1s.
• Drive pipeline velocity with CRM tracking and forecasting.
• Collaborate with engineering, product development, marketing, and biz dev.
• Recruit and hire to maintain a high-performing team.
• Resolve customer escalations and negotiate major deals.
• Travel up to 50% for site visits and demos.
