Silvus Technologies, a wholly owned subsidiary of Motorola Solutions, seeks an experienced Senior Sales Director to lead B2B design-win revenue with defense primes and unmanned systems integrators across North America. You will drive the full sales lifecycle, from evaluation to MSAs and high-volume production, with up to 50% travel.

• Proven track record leading high-performing sales teams.
• Experience driving multi-million-dollar annual quotas.
• Deep understanding of federal/state/local procurement and budgets.
• Strong knowledge of RF comms and MANET mesh networking.

Responsabilidades

• Own and deliver annual order and revenue targets and long-term production forecasts for the OEM and Defense Primes vertical in North America.
• Lead and develop the sales team; conduct regular coaching and performance reviews.
• Drive pipeline velocity with CRM discipline and accurate forecasting.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, marketing and BD teams to grow the business.
• Source, interview and hire top sales talent to maintain a high-performing team.
• Resolve complex customer issues and negotiate major deals.
