Job summary

Silvus Technologies, a subsidiary of Motorola Solutions, seeks an experienced Senior Sales Director for OEM & Defense Primes. Lead a high-performing team driving B2B design-win revenue across defense primes, UAS/UGV/USV segments, and system integrators.

The role oversees the full B2B sales lifecycle from evaluation to MSAs and large-scale orders, with travel up to 50% and up to 100% remote work depending on location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Communications or related technical discipline.
• 5+ years in senior sales management or director-level role with multi-million-dollar quotas.
• Active U.S. Government SECRET clearance or ability to obtain within 15 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver annual order and revenue targets for OEM and Defense Primes in North America.
• Lead and develop the sales team, including onboarding and coaching.
• Drive pipeline velocity with rigorous CRM tracking and accurate forecasting.
