Silvus is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Director, OEM & Defense Primes to lead a high-performing team selling design-win revenue across major defense primes, UAS, UGV, and system integrators.

The role focuses on making Silvus MANET radios a baseline embedded in partners' hardware and software platforms, with full sales lifecycle ownership and up to 50% travel. Remote work is possible depending on location.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Communications, or related field.
• Active U.S. Government SECRET clearance or ability to obtain within 15 months.
• U.S. citizen; eligible for government contracts.

• Own and deliver annual order and revenue targets for OEM and Defense Primes in North America.
• Lead sales team, onboard new hires, train and monitor performance.
• Drive pipeline velocity, CRM tracking, and accurate forecasting.
