Silvus Technologies, a subsidiary of Motorola Solutions, seeks a Senior Sales Director for OEM & Defense Primes to lead a high-performing sales team and drive B2B design-wins across North America. You will oversee the full sales lifecycle from technical evaluations to MSAs and large production orders, with travel up to 50%.

The role emphasizes strategic leadership in RF/MANET solutions, collaboration with engineering, and close alignment to partner platforms, with eligibility for 100% remote

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Communications, or a related technical discipline with 10+ years of sales leadership in unmanned systems or defense/public safety tech.
• Leadership experience building and scaling high-performing field sales teams with multi-million-dollar quotas.
• Strong understanding of procurement, budgets, and Federal/State markets; active security clearance or ability to obtain.

Responsabilidades

• Own and deliver annual order and revenue targets for the OEM and Defense Primes vertical in North America.
• Lead and develop the sales team; onboard hires and train staff; monitor performance.
• Drive pipeline velocity, CRM tracking, and accurate forecasting for all deals.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, marketing, and business development to grow the business.
• Travel up to 50% for customer site visits, demonstrations, executive briefings, and trade shows.
