Job summary

Silvus Technologies, a Motorola Solutions subsidiary, seeks a Senior Sales Director for OEM & Defense Primes to lead a high-performing North America sales team, drive design-win revenue, and manage the end-to-end B2B sales cycle with MSAs and production orders.

Travel up to 50% for field demos and major industry events; 100% remote work may be available depending on location. Requires 10+ years in unmanned/defense sales, US citizenship, and active clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Communications, or related technical discipline; 10+ years sales leadership in unmanned systems or defense/public safety tech
• Leadership experience: 5+ years in senior sales management or director role
• Security clearance: Active U.S. Government SECRET clearance or ability to obtain within 15 months
• Must be a U.S. Citizen; background check and drug test required

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver annual order and revenue targets for OEM and Defense Primes in North America
• Lead and develop the sales team; conduct regular 1-on-1 coaching
• Drive pipeline velocity with rigorous CRM tracking and forecasting
• Collaborate with engineering, product development, marketing, and biz dev teams
• Source, interview, and hire top-tier sales talent to maintain strong coverage
• Oversee travel for field demos, executive briefings, and trade shows
