Job summary

Silvus Technologies, a subsidiary of Motorola Solutions, seeks a seasoned Senior Sales Director for OEM & Defense Primes to drive B2B design-win revenue with major defense primes and UAS/UGV/USV manufacturers in North America.

You will manage the full sales lifecycle from technical eval and testing to MSAs and high-volume production orders, with up to 50% travel and potential 100% remote work depending on location. Ensure accurate forecasts and leadership alignment with cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of successful sales leadership in unmanned systems, tactical or public safety tech.
• Deep understanding of Federal/State procurement processes, budgets, and operational frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver annual order and revenue targets and long-term production forecasts for the OEM and Defense Primes vertical across North America.
• Lead and develop the sales team; conduct regular 1-on-1 coaching and performance reviews.
• Drive pipeline velocity, CRM tracking, and accurate forecasting for all deals within the vertical.
• Collaborate with engineering, product development, marketing, and business development to grow the business.
