Job summary

Motorola Solutions' subsidiary Silvus Technologies seeks a Senior Sales Director for OEM & Defense Primes to lead a high-performing team driving B2B design-win revenue across defense primes and related partners.

You will own from technical evaluation to MSAs and large production orders, with up to 50% travel. This role supports remote work eligibility depending on location and focuses on North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical or business field and extensive sales leadership experience.
• Deep understanding of federal/state/local procurement and budgeting processes.
• 5+ years in senior sales management with multi-million-dollar quotas.
• Strong grasp of RF, MANET mesh networking, SDR and spectrum awareness.

Responsibilities

• Own annual order and revenue targets for OEM and Defense Primes in North America.
• Lead and develop the sales team, conducting regular performance reviews.
• Drive pipeline velocity, CRM discipline, and accurate forecasting.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, marketing and business development to grow the business.
• Source, interview and hire top-tier sales talent to maintain a high-performing team.
