Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Senior Occupancy Planner to support occupancy strategy and space management within corporate workplace programs. You will collaborate with Portfolio Strategy, Client Strategic Planning, relocation, and facilities teams to ensure alignment with the 1–5 year real estate plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• 5-8 years in a corporate real estate environment.
• Experience in strategic space/occupancy planning.
• Proficient in CAFM systems and Bluebeam; strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
• Strong written communication with data-driven presentations.

Responsibilities

• Apply finance-approved headcount projections for a rolling three-year horizon.
• Develop occupancy scenarios and analyze occupancy and attendance metrics.
• Track headcount, occupancy, and space demand; present findings and strategies.
• Create stacking diagrams and coordinate migration plans and scope for project implementation.
• Enforce space policies and maintain quarterly org-level space allocation plans.
