Job summary

JLL is seeking an experienced Occupancy Planner to shape and optimize our workplace strategies across on-site locations including Renton, WA. You will partner with leadership to forecast space demand, analyze utilization data, and develop occupancy plans that support organizational growth.

The role involves creating dashboards and executive-ready reports, coordinating relocations and other workplace initiatives, and mentoring team members on best practices in occupancy planning.

• Audit and maintain space, occupancy, utilization, and headcount data to ensure accuracy and reporting integrity.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and executive presentations that communicate key occupancy metrics and planning insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement occupancy and workplace strategies that support current and future business needs.
• Partner with leadership to assess space demand, workforce trends, and organizational growth plans.
• Create occupancy plans, block and stack scenarios, capacity analyses, and space allocation recommendations.
• Manage workplace initiatives including relocations, consolidations, renovations, restacks, and organizational moves.
• Audit and maintain space, occupancy, utilization, and headcount data to ensure accuracy and reporting integrity.
• Analyze portfolio performance and identify opportunities to optimize utilization, reduce costs, and improve employee experience.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, facilitate planning discussions, and present recommendations to leadership.
• Coordinate move planning, migration schedules, and occupancy transitions in partnership with project teams.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and executive presentations that communicate key occupancy metrics and planning insights.
• Drive continuous improvement of planning processes, standards, and workplace programs.
• Mentor team members and provide guidance on occupancy planning best practices.
