Job summary

The role emphasizes partnership building with the client’s Real Estate team and end users to deliver strategic occupancy outcomes.

The position requires 5-7 years in a corporate environment with advanced Excel skills, CAFM/IWMS experience, and proficiency with AutoCAD for basic test-fits and square footage calculations.

Qualifications

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and floor plan understanding.
• Bachelor’s degree in Corporate Real Estate, Finance, Architecture, Design or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Foster partnerships with the client’s Real Estate Organization and end users to cultivate innovative space solutions.
• Ensure consistent delivery of planning services and reporting occupancy data within client workplace programs and strategy.
• Create occupancy scenarios and provide comprehensive options for occupancy issues.
• Manage and report occupancy data; support leadership in identifying space requirements and forecasting inventory changes.
