Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in McLean, Virginia is seeking a Senior Occupancy Planner to partner with end users, develop innovative space solutions, and deliver occupancy data aligned with workplace programs and strategy.

You will create block plans, support move coordination, and report on space utilization using CAFM/IWMS and AutoCAD, while communicating insights to senior leaders. A bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years in occupancy planning are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• 5–7 years of strategic occupancy or space planning experience in corporate real estate.
• Strong data analytics to support strategic decisions.
• Experience with change management and executive engagement.
• Proficient MS Office; Excel pivot tables and complex formulas.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for test fits and CAFM/IWMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with end users to understand needs and promote workplace solutions.
• Manage space requests and move work orders for timely completion and compliance.
• Develop stacking, block, adjacency, and allocation plans.
• Report occupancy metrics using dashboards and CAFM/IWMS data.
• Ensure data accuracy and seat allocations per adjacency requirements.
