The candidate will rely on a design-forward approach, lead data-driven analyses, manage stakeholder relationships, and create test-fits that balance function with aesthetics.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Real Estate, Design, or related field.
• 10+ years of occupancy planning or space management experience.
• Background in interior design applying design principles to corporate workspace planning.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and space planning tools.
• Experience with IWMS/CAFM platforms and data analytics.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement occupancy plans and move sequencing strategies for designated regional portfolios.
• Leverage interior design expertise to create space assignments and reallocations balancing function and aesthetics.
• Conduct scenario planning and space utilization analysis to maximize productivity and workspace efficiency.
• Ensure planning aligns with corporate guidelines and space policies.
• Serve as primary contact for enterprise clients’ occupancy requests and strategic planning initiatives.
• Foster relationships across Corporate Real Estate and related teams.
• Manage monthly reporting schedules for people and space data and KPIs.
• Provide data stewardship and quarterly occupancy analytics for client review.
• Create test-fits and space layouts using AutoCAD.
• Propose innovative design solutions for dynamic workforce needs.
