Cribl, the AI telemetry platform, is seeking Technical Support Engineers to deliver enterprise-level support for Cribl Stream and other products. This is a remote-first role supporting customers and partners, with teams across the globe.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in enterprise support, strong troubleshooting, and experience with Linux, AWS, Azure, and networking. Bonus points for Splunk, Elasticsearch, and LogStash knowledge.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Computer Science or similar or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years' experience supporting enterprise customers.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication abilities.
• Experience with Linux, AWS, Azure, and networking.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep technical understanding of Cribl Stream and products.
• Provide extraordinary technical support to Enterprise customers via Slack, email, meetings.
• Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions for customer issues.
• Follow standard procedures for reproducibility and escalation.
• Provide prompt feedback, set expectations, and close issues.
• Document knowledge and contribute to knowledge base and real-time forums.
