Cribl is a fast-growing, remote-first B2B SAAS data observability company seeking Technical Support Engineers to ensure customer success by delivering enterprise-level support across multiple channels. You will diagnose issues, document solutions, and help customers maximize product value with Cribl Stream and related products.

The role requires strong Linux, AWS, Azure, and networking experience, plus excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Computer Science or similar degree, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years’ experience supporting enterprise customers or working hands-on with distributed systems.
• Passionate about working on complex technical issues and strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent client-facing and written/verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Linux, AWS, Azure, and Networking.
• Bonus: Splunk/Elasticsearch/LogStash or related observability tech; Regex and JavaScript experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep technical understanding of Cribl Stream and other products.
• Provide extraordinary technical support to Enterprise customers across Slack, email, meetings, and more.
• Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
• Escalate unresolved issues following standard procedures and document resolutions.
• Contribute knowledge to KB notes and participate in real-time forums for questions.
• Stand-by, on-call, or off-hours duties as required.
