Job summary

Cribl is seeking Technical Support Engineers to ensure customer success by providing enterprise-level support to our customers and partners. This remote-first role involves collaborating with Site Reliability, System Engineering, and Technical Operations teams to shipping high-quality software.

You will work across channels to diagnose issues, document knowledge, and help customers unlock observability data at scale.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 5+ years supporting enterprise customers or distributed systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
• Experience with Linux, AWS, Azure, and Networking.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep technical understanding of Cribl Stream and other products.
• Provide enterprise-level technical support across Slack, email, and meetings.
• Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
• Escalate unresolved issues to internal teams with reproducible steps.
• Provide prompt, accurate feedback, set expectations and close issues.
• Document knowledge in KB notes and participate in real-time forums.
