Cribl, a B2B SAAS data observability company, seeks a Technical Support Engineer to deliver enterprise-level support for Cribl Stream and related products. You will diagnose and resolve complex issues, collaborate with customers and internal teams, and help ensure high availability of observability pipelines.

The role requires 5+ years supporting enterprise customers or distributed systems, strong Linux and cloud experience (AWS, Azure), excellent communication, and a passion for helping

Qualifications

• BS degree in Computer Science or similar degree.
• 5+ years’ experience supporting enterprise customers or distributed systems.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience with Linux, AWS, Azure and Networking is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep technical understanding of Cribl Stream and other products.
• Provide enterprise-level technical support via Slack, email, and meetings.
• Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues.
• Escalate unresolved issues following internal procedures.
• Document knowledge with tech notes and participate in real-time forums.
• On-call or standby duties may be required.
