Job summary

Ensono is seeking a Senior Automation & Observability Engineer to design, build, and operate enterprise monitoring, logging, and telemetry across on-prem and cloud environments. The role emphasizes hands-on engineering with Grafana, Instana, Prometheus, and ELT platforms to ensure high availability and optimal performance.

You will drive automation via Python/PowerShell, implement IaC with Ansible, and collaborate with Infrastructure, Cloud, Network, and Service Delivery teams in a 24×7

Qualifications

• Proficient in Grafana, IBM Instana and OpenTelemetry for enterprise observability.
• Experience with logging/telemetry pipelines, RCA and incident management.
• Hands-on with monitoring of Linux/Windows, VMware, middleware and IoT platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain enterprise monitoring and observability solutions.
• Develop dashboards and alerts using Grafana; monitor with Instana, SolarWinds and related tools.
• Configure data collection with Telegraf, Prometheus and monitoring agents; perform RCA.
