Job summary
Ensono seeks an experienced Senior Automation & Observability Engineer to design, build, and run enterprise monitoring and telemetry platforms across Linux, Windows, VMware, and IoT environments. You will develop dashboards, alerts, and data pipelines using Grafana, Instana, Prometheus, and InfluxDB to ensure high availability and proactive incident detection.

Qualifications
- 7–10+ years in Monitoring, Observability, or Platform Engineering.
- Experience with large-scale enterprise environments and 24x7 operations.
- Hands-on with Grafana, Instana, SolarWinds, Telegraf, Prometheus, and InfluxDB.
- Experience with FOAK apps and ELT platforms.
- Strong RCA, incident management, and automation skills.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise monitoring and observability solutions.
- Develop dashboards, alerts, and visualizations using Grafana.
- Monitor infrastructure, apps, and IoT services with Instana and related tools.
- Configure data collection and telemetry pipelines; analyze metrics and logs.
- Lead incident response, RCA, and 24/7 operational support activities.
