Job summary

Ensono is hiring a Senior Automation & Observability Engineer to design, implement, and maintain robust monitoring and telemetry across enterprise systems. You will develop dashboards and alerts using Grafana, and oversee observability across Linux/Windows, VMware, middleware, and cloud platforms.

You will lead RCA investigations, automate remediation, and collaborate across IT teams to ensure 24x7 availability and performance. Remote work within the United States is supported.

Qualifications

• 7 to 10+ years of experience in Monitoring, Observability, Infrastructure Operations, SRE, or Platform Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Grafana, Instana, SolarWinds, Telegraf, Prometheus, and InfluxDB.
• Experience supporting VMware, Citrix, middleware, enterprise applications, and cloud monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise monitoring and observability solutions.
• Develop dashboards, alerts, and visualizations using Grafana.
• Monitor infrastructure, applications, middleware, and IoT services with Instana, Grafana, SolarWinds.
